The Royal Bank of Scotland plc – Over the past 10 years we have delivered a large number of change projects within RBS. There are numerous examples but 2 that come to mind include: -
RBS Technology Help Desk – a process based management system was developed within this significant unit which revolutionised their working practices and enabled them to go on and be awarded HUG (Helpdesk User Group) Help Desk of the year, competing against other help desks from across the UK.
RBS New Branch – this was RBS’s most expensive technology project to date – rolling out new technology to all its branches and supporting it once it was in place. We developed a process-based mechanism which enabled RBS to deliver this project successfully on schedule. In addition we implemented ISO 9001 within RBS End-to-End Support within a 16-week period. This is the fastest successful implementation of ISO 9001 anywhere in the world. It’s success is a reflection on the hard work and good will of the team from RBS and the consultancy team from H.D. Management.
